TERMS AND CONDITION

SERVICE

KINTAL GRAFIKA provides social media management, content creation, branding kits, and related digital marketing services. All services, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Upfront Payment: A minimum of 50–100% of the total fee is required before work starts, depending on the project.

  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include [GCash and Pay Maya].

  • Late Payments: Work may pause if payment is not received by the agreed due date.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available once work has started.

REVISIONS & APPROVAL

  • Each project includes [1-2 ] rounds of minimal revisions (as stated in the proposal).

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be billed separately.

  • Final approval is required before delivery or posting of content.

OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS

  • All creative materials remain the property of KINTAL GRAFIKA until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

  • Kintal Grafika reserves the right to use completed work in portfolios, social media, or marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

  • Any personal, business, or brand information shared with KINTAL GRAFIKA will be kept confidential.

  • No information will be shared with third parties without client consent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If a project is cancelled after payment but before work begins, 50% of the total fee may be retained as a booking fee.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

COMMUNICATION

  • All communication will be done via [ Messenger only ].

  • Regular updates will be provided according to the agreed schedule.

LIABILITY

  • Kintal Grafika is not responsible for results outside of its control (such as changes to social media algorithms, market conditions, or third-party actions).

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all materials provided (logos, images, copy) are legally owned or licensed.
